Hinge benefactor and CEO Justin McLeod doesn’t have email on his smartphone. He said it meets him a better chairman because he has era and space to believe, and doesn’t get wrapped up in the minutia of operating a business. McLeod sometimes unplugs from his team for weeks at a time for the same reason. Other successful leaders too try to disconnection, so they can engage in some big-picture conceiving.
In the last few months, Justin McLeod has acquired himself to be a so much more leader, and a much happier person.
